Loving being a national speaker and trainer. Combining 14 years of corporate experience, 12 years of classroom instruction and training and 7 years of management and personnel motivation. Living her dreams as a self-made entrepreneur. Inspiring and sharing her knowledge and talents everyday! Inspiring others to live their dreams! Bringing new ideas and constructive improvement to other people’s professional lives.

Len Elder

CEO & Owner
Igniting passion and excitement as a national speaker and trainer. Utilizing the background of a debate and communications coach combined with the education of a law degree.  Believing in the power and goodness of others. Dedicating all heart and soul to the advancement of education and professionalism. Striving to try and help others in the achievement of their goals and ambitions, particularly those with a passion for education. Redesigning the way we learn and the way we understand the world in which we live.
