We have been saying for some time that the process and manner of MLS listings would change. Recently the future just became the present. Facebook has launched a new application which allows real estate professionals and brokers to download MLS listings into their Facebook profiles complete with company logos and other important data. There are a lot of intriguing features and customization.

The new application gives agents a way to promote their listings like never before. Because of the widespread use of Facebook among consumers, those agents who use and take advantage of this technology will find whole new audiences of buyers. We’ve always said, go to where your clients are. They are on Facebook. This is undoubtedly new technology. You will be hearing a lot more about it in courses that Theresa and I teach.
