GOOD Realtors stayed very busy in 2009, they know they have to work harder for their clients. It is definitely not easy in this market, and you have to work much harder for your clients. That is why almost half of the Tucson MLS agents are now “part-time” or inactive. This is not the “Bubble”, you have to actually work HARD for the business.
