Twice now I have had the honor of being a guest writer for Dearborn/Kaplan, a wonderful education resource in the real estate industry.  Thank you Melissa for the introduction to Pat, and thank you Pat for continuing to reach out for me.

As a member and serving on the Executive Committee REEA, the national Real Estate Educators Association, I mingle with the best of the best professional educators, speakers and trainers.  These are common traits of my peers!  And as an Instructor Development Workshop presenter, my job is to impress upon each student the value of being a great instructor.
